By placing an order through our online boutique, you agree to the following terms and conditions, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights.

PRODUCTS & PRICING

Our collections are presented with attention to design, detail and quality. All prices are displayed in euros (€). Any applicable taxes, shipping charges and the total amount payable will be clearly communicated before you confirm your purchase. Product descriptions, available sizes and materials will be provided on the relevant product pages.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Orders can be placed through our official online boutique. Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout. After placing an order, customers will receive confirmation by email. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate solution or refund.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We offer delivery within Belgium and the Netherlands. Complimentary shipping is available on orders of €99 or more, calculated after discounts and excluding shipping charges. For orders below €99, the applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times will be communicated before purchase.

COMPLIMENTARY RETURNS

We want every customer to shop with confidence. Customers have the legal right to withdraw from their online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. After notifying us of their decision, customers have a further 14 days to return their items. LR MAISON offers complimentary return shipping for orders delivered within Belgium and the Netherlands, using our designated return method. To arrange a return, customers can contact our customer service team or use the online withdrawal function provided on our website. Customers may inspect and try on garments as they would in a physical boutique. Handling beyond what is necessary may result in a reduction of the refund.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification. We may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received or proof of return has been provided. When an entire order is withdrawn, the original standard delivery costs will also be refunded.

LEGAL GUARANTEE

All products are covered by applicable consumer protection legislation, including the statutory two-year legal guarantee for consumer goods. If an item is defective or does not conform to the sales contract, customers may exercise their statutory rights by contacting us. These rights are separate from our complimentary returns policy.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original LR MAISON branding, logos, website text, designs and other protected content are the intellectual property of their respective rights holders. Unauthorised commercial reproduction or use is prohibited.

APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer's country of residence.
