SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer delivery within Belgium and the Netherlands. Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders of €99 or more. For orders below €99, shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation. Complimentary returns are available within Belgium and the Netherlands.

COMPLIMENTARY RETURNS

We want you to shop with confidence. Enjoy complimentary returns on eligible orders delivered within Belgium and the Netherlands. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, without giving a reason. Simply contact our customer service team to arrange your free return. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to send your items back. Return shipping is on us.

RETURN CONDITIONS

We kindly ask that you handle your garments with care. You may try on your items as you would in a physical boutique. Handling beyond what is necessary to assess the garments may result in a reduction of your refund.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may wait until we receive your returned items or proof of return. For a full-order return, the original standard delivery costs will also be refunded.
